This classic port was made using traditional techniques the same as used by my grandparents who arrived in New Zealand from Croatia between 1902 and 1913. This complex fortified port has been aged in oak barriques to produce a tawny style port which is deeply colored with coffee/spice aromas, sweet fruit flavors and velvety texture.
