Trained in London under the internationally prestigious Jane Packer School of Flowers, Sarah went onto work for Wild at Heart under the guidance of Nikki Tibbles, in her time in the UK she was fortunate enough to do flowers for the late Diana Princess of Wales, many luxury homes and events before coming back to New Zealand and setting up her own florist store.

Sarah has always had a passion for flowers and comes from a creative background – encompassing a natural and intuitive style. Through recognising the beauty in the forms, tones and textures of flowers, Sarah practices this through her arrangements. Sarah applies this approach into Olphy’s arrangements which are simplistic, clean and uncomplicated yet expressive in form and detail.
